Pancake day
Happy Shrove Tuesday everyone! Here's a how-to make pancakes using your Mitt and tools!

What you will need:
Tools:
Rotating tool
Racket tool
Ingredients:
100g flour
2 eggs
300ml milk
Oil for the pancakes
Your favourite toppings!!
Step 1
Add 100g of flour to a mixing bowl and add two eggs.
Whisk until it is a thick smooth mixture (add a little bit of the milk if it is too thick to mix).
Mitt Tip!: you can put a whisk or wooden spoon into your rotating tool.
Step 2

Gradually add 300ml of milk to the flour and egg.
Whisk as you add the milk gradually to avoid lumps in the mixture.
Step 3
Whisk, whisk, whisk until smooth!
Step 4

Add a tea spoon of oil and heat the pan.
Mitt Tip!: you can use your racket tool to hold the handle of then pan.
Step 5

Pour a ladle of pancake mixture into the frying pan.
Move the frying pan around until the mixture covers the whole base of the pan.
Leave for around 1 minute or until the top of the pancake isn't liquid.
Step 6 - FLIP!!

Flip the pancake over and cook the other side for around a minute as well.
Step 7
Serve with some lemon and sugar, Nutella or maple syrup and ENJOY!
